IDEA Consult (Belgium) is the lead partner for the MORE3 study in a consortium with WIFO (Austria) and Technopolis Group (Belgium). IDEA Consult has also led the MORE1 and MORE2 study and is thus in an excellent position to guarantee consistency of the indicators with the previous studies as well as to keep the surveys up-to-date with recent policy developments.
Specific technical support is provided by three subcontractors: LOFT33, Interago and University of Wolverhampton.
